Data for the open cluster sigma Orionis have been collected from numerous papers and entered in WEBDA.
For practical reason, the name has been taken as Garrison 1 (gar01). Garrison first mentionned this cluster in 1967
The literature survey has permitted to collect information on 530 stars. The cross-reference table gives the cross-references for 5 lists.
Additional identifications may be found in the "Notes" file. As usual, there is also a table with a few HD, DM, HIP identifications, and
one with TYCHO-2 identifications.
The stars in table 4 by Sherry et al. (AJ 128, 2316) have been numbered sequentially. 400 has been added to the numbers of the additional stars.
Please send me your comments, corrections, improvements, missed data. Thank you for your help in maintaining the database!
Notes :This is a new cluster in the database.

Data from Bonatto C., et al. 2004, Astron. Astrophys. 427, 485 (2004A&A...427..485B)
Notes : I have extracted the data from the 2MASS database with VizieR around the center position given by Bonatto et al. (6 09 48, +04 48 26) in a circle of 15'
and numbered the stars sequentially.

TW Hydrae (TW Hya, Kastner 1)
Data for the association TW Hydrae have been collected from numeous papers and entered in WEBDA.
For practical reason, the name has been taken as Kastner 1 (kas01).
The literature survey has permitted to collect information on 132 stars. Due to the wide variety of designations, these 132 stars
have been ordered by right ascension and numbered sequentially. The cross-reference table gives the cross-references for 4 lists.
Additional identifications may be found in the "Notes" file. There is also an extensive table with HD, DM, HIP identifications, and
one with TYCHO-2 identifications.
Please send me your comments, corrections, improvements, missed data. Thank you for your help in maintaining the database!
Budapest - Urals bibliography
The bibliography contained in the so-called "Alter bibliography" prepared by Alter and collaborators and its first supplement edited by Bela Balazs
has been updated thanks to the electronic version provided by Dmitri Wiebe which contains a total of more than 15500 records.
The extension (Supplements 3 and 4) contains the open cluster bibliography from 1982 to 1999 in the same format as the original Budapest cards.
