Because the stars are not numbered in the original files, the 30 first stars have ben numberbed according to the publication (Table 2). Then the stars from the file ngc6738.dat (large field, V lim = 17.0) have been sorted by increasing magnitudes and numbered from 31 to 2593. The stars from the file ngc6738w.dat (central part, V lim = 20.0) have been also sorted by magnitudes and numbered from 3001 to 5757.
