Important for Users of the Microsoft Internet Explorer: Due to a feature in the IE, you need to do the following steps to download and correctly unzip the files:

.gz Files:
1. Save to your local harddisk
2. Rename phelps.dat.gz in phelps.dat
3. Open with any editor and have fun
.Z Files:
1. Save to your local harddisk
2. Open with any Compression Tool
3. Unzip the file
4. Open with any editor and have fun
