Datatype: NOJD
This datatype nojd refers to individual radial velocity observations for
which the Julian date of observations has not been published or could not be
obtained from the authors.
In some cases, the values are recorded in the file of mean radial velocities
collected under the datatype mrv.
Radial velocities measured on glass plates, on CCD detectors or obtained
with spectrovelocimeters are collected in the same file. Sometimes, a flag
PE indicates that the measurement has been done with a photoelectric
scanner.
